This site is devoted to the rescue of greyhounds released by the closing of the Guam Greyhound Park in November 2008. Guam Animals in Need (GAIN) and the Greyhound Protection League with the help of numerous rescue groups in the U.S. have relocated 149 greyhounds to north America. Most of these dogs are now in permanent homes, but unwanted and stray dogs are still showing up on Guam. No one knows how many puppies will be born in the next few months that will also need to be relocated.
The emergency is over, the work saving the greyhounds continues! Please Help
